ABS Logistics provides a range of global logistics solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Last-mile delivery coordination
  • Supply chain consulting and trade compliance advisory

All services are subject to availability, regulatory approvals, and the specific terms agreed upon in individual service contracts or booking confirmations.

User Obligations

As a client or user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely shipment information including declared value, weight, dimensions, and contents
  • Ensure all goods comply with export/import regulations of the origin and destination countries
  • Obtain and maintain all required permits, licenses, and documentation for restricted or regulated goods
  • Pay all applicable freight charges, duties, taxes, and service fees on time
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to shipment details after booking confirmation

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services to ship or facilitate the movement of:

  • Illegal goods, narcotics, or controlled substances
  • Weapons, ammunition, or explosive materials (without proper authorization)
  • Counterfeit, pirated, or trademark-infringing goods
  • Hazardous materials not properly declared and packaged per IATA/IMDG regulations
  • Human remains, live animals, or perishables outside designated service agreements

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate service termination, seizure of goods, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ABS Logistics shall not be liable for:

  • Loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, customs holds, or geopolitical disruptions
  • Consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from shipment delays or loss
  • Losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
  • Damage to improperly packaged or undeclared fragile goods

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the declared value of the shipment or the freight charges paid for the affected service, whichever is lower, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ABS Logistics, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, fines, penalties, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms and Conditions
  • Violation of any applicable law or trade regulation
  • Misrepresentation of shipment contents or value
  • Any third-party claims related to goods you have shipped through us

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform — including logos, brand names, text, graphics, software, and documentation — is the exclusive property of ABS Logistics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services, with or without notice, if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
  • We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
  • Payment obligations are not met within the agreed timeframe
  • Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitate discontinuation of service

Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain payable and any pending shipments will be handled per our standard procedures.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ABS Logistics is registered. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

For international shipments, the relevant provisions of the Warsaw Convention, Montreal Convention, CMR Convention, or Hague-Visby Rules may also apply depending on the mode of transport.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
